Wills and Probate

Our service includes advice and guidance in preparing your Will whether your affairs are simple or complex. Acting as your executor or trustees we ensure that your wishes are carried out to the letter.

Our services include administration of estates under both Wills and intestacies, obtaining grants of probate or letters of administration, and distribution of the estate.

We also advise on Enduring Powers of Attorney and the Appointment of a Receiver by the Court of Protection. The Partners of the firm regularly act as Attorneys and Receivers.
